This service grants you the capability to fine-tune your vehicle’s performance.

Choose from two calibration, logging, and scanning methods through your vehicle’s OBDII port: Upgrade or Purchase. Both options provide an E41 ECM compatible with and preparable for tuning using the MPVI2 or a newer device along with the VCM Suite (BETA).

Upgrade Service
Opt for this send-in upgrade service to modify your existing or additional E41 ECM for integration with the latest version of VCM Suite. You're required to remove your ECM, send it to HP Tuners, and receive it back ready for tuning with VCM Suite (BETA). Viewing HP Tuners' removal tutorial is advised.

Benefits of the L5P ECM Upgrade Service include:

  • Elimination of the need for IMMO relearn*
  • Elimination of the need for crank relearn*
  • Elimination of the “Replace ECM” function*

*Provided the ECM is reinstalled in the original vehicle. For spare ECMs, follow all provided reprogramming and relearning instructions. Please note a service window of 1-3 business days, excluding shipping durations.
